Our unused apartments are tastefully decorated and will suit the most discerning family with a range of spacious two and three bedroom units which include en suite and important living area. The complicated is located in spacious grounds with beautiful manicured lawns and gardens. We are situated in the popular Fishpen area, only a scanty minutes walk to Merimbula Lake, the beautiful Pacific Ocean and a brief stroll across the bridge to shops, clubs and restaurants. The large apartments are the authentic standouts. A good sized en suite to the main bedroom. Primarily caters for families as the units are so large, but many couples and singles stay too. The deficit of reviews on trip adviser is surprising considering this property is too good to not let people know about. Close to town and the beach, very clean, and healthy equipped apartments. We'll be going back. 8 units in a U shape style environment with pool in the middle. Nautilus was quite, no commotion at evening and most guest kept to themselves. We booked through motif.com and got a lovely appropriate deal. We were also upgraded to a larger 2 bedroom apartment. A larger family could easily stay here comfortably, with a decent kitchen, laundry, lounge and bathroom. The main beach is a very concise walk away, as is a decent sized park. Units are really well equipped and very clean. Alan, the manager provides a very warm welcome. We had booked for six nights at what we thought was the accommodation we had stayed in previously. On arriving we realized we had made a mistake and booked the untrue property. The owners were exquisite and very easy going. Our unit was flawless for our needs, very tidy with all the necessary appliances in a quiet location in the Fishpen area.
